About Us
Tierras Costa Alegre SA de CV (TCA) is a real estate holding company with more than 10 years of experience, acquiring, developing and managing real estate properties in a wide spectrum of industries ranging from agricultural to industrial in the Mexican Republic.
Our presence is mainly concentrated on the west and northwest of the country.
Our name comes from the beautiful beaches located on the Mexican Pacific coast between Nayarit and Colima, where our first investments were made and where we still have a large inventory of unmatched quality.
Our corporate is located in Guadalajara Jalisco from where we can conveniently serve our assets.
