- Meal plan rates: Adults (over 18) USD$150.00 / Young Adults (12 to 17) USD$100.00 / Children (3 to 11) USD$50.00 / Infants (2 and under) – Complimentary
- Food & Beverage deposit, and additional services or activities are subject to 16% VAT tax
- Mandatory, refundable USD$ 15,000 Security Deposit

- Villa must be rented in its totality, rental per room is not available
